Lotsforpets have delivery charges to all items as this is a fully tracked courier service. Up to 29kg delivery charge is €5:45 and there are additional charges if the weight exceeds this.
We will normally dispatch (not deliver) your order to you in 1-5 business days when items are in stock. However, we cannot control the post or courier due to Covid 19 delays so please allow extra time for their job (worst case scenario estimated at 14 days).
International orders are generally received in under 7 – 21 days, but please allow up to 36 days for delivery.
Please note some products are a dropship only. This means the product is sent directly from our supplier. This may add additional working days.
(When PART order is dispatched, it is usually after 10-20 working days of waiting for outstanding items, the balance will be back ordered & sent later.) Generally you will receive your order much earlier than this.
As most of our orders go out by courier, it is essential that you give us an address that someone is at home so that the parcel can be signed for. It is also essential to ensure no delays, to give a Postcode. An attempt will be made twice to deliver the parcel and if you are not there, a calling card will be left. If you do not sign for the parcel after the second attempted delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. If this happens, we will charge you a re-send delivery fee to send the parcel out again and the parcel will not be sent until this fee is paid. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure someone is there to receive the parcel. Re-send delivery fees are as follows :
Ireland : €6.50
UK : €13.00
Europe : €17.00
Rest of World : Varies on Repostage costs.
These may appear to be more expensive than initial delivery charges, but that is because we subsidise part of the initial delivery costs.
We cannot take responsibility for any of the postal service problems, our postal receipt is proof of delivery
If you require faster delivery please contact head office by phone or e-mail, we will endeavour to meet your needs. This may incur a further delivery charge or courier charge & must be pre-paid.
Lotsforpets denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time, any extra delivery charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.
All goods must be inspected before signing for them and refused if the packaging appears damaged.
All goods MUST be signed for upon delivery.
Any damages/missing goods/ faulty goods or open packaging MUST be reported to us with 24 hours.
If goods are not received within 28 days, contact us direct and we will offer you alternative products to the same value or a full refund.
Courier companies will attempt to delivery your parcel/s on three occasions (A card should be posted at each unsuccessful delivery attempt). If at this point a delivery cannot be made the parcel/s will be returned to the depot for collection by yourself.
Large & Fragile items:

Some items are either very large or extremely fragile and may be subject to additional delivery charge. We will contact you if you are subject to this charge.
